I don't know if I was just bored yesterday or what, but I came across some old stuff from my college days when I started the Chocolate Lover's Club at USU. My "chubby" roommates were great to help the cause. Anyway, I am still a great appreciator of chocolate, and so I think it appropriate for me to start this blog and share my passion.
Some people have blogs that talk all about the nutritional value of chocolate, origin, blah, blah, blah. Well all of that is great, but I'm all about application! I want stuff I can taste. This is a place to share great chocolate secrets - recipes, brands, places that we must go! So chocolate lover's of the world...unite!
